great accessory to have, you can really take advantage of those high flames to do a quick sear after cooking the meat slow and steady on the regular grates.

Must have accessory
Good for fast initial searing or even better place for corn on the cob…..roasts it fast with a full fire so have your tongs ready to keep them rotating.
