Extra space, more grilling!
I love having the ability to put meats that are mostly done up on this rack so it frees up the main grilling area. It's also nice when it's cold outside and I have my pan/tray nearby- I can keep it warm without putting my finished meat onto a cold pan.

Great Parrilla!
This unit is very well made, with top of the line materials and a solid design that replicates a parrilla. I have had a few events with over 30 guests and I was able to manage the size, grilling and there were tons of compliments on the parrilla itself as well as the flavor of the meats that were grilled on it. Everything that was stated in the website as well as Sales was spot on. Matias did an incredible job guiding and coaching on the selection, shipment, delivery and assembly. I would recommend to others as this parrilla will last a long time and works as a parrilla is supposed to work. I purchased the Wind Guard and that works great.
