Buy it. Quality is great, welds are tight, works and cooks like a dream… you’ve never cooked a better steak and your guests/clients have not tasted anything like it. Had it for about 10 days and cooked on it 7 of those days so far. Once you get the hang of the heat up process, you’ll develop your own style pretty fast. It’s fun, rewarding, adds flavor to everything and is the center of any event or get together. Price is worth it.

Fabulous cooking w/ Red Quebracho wood!
Full blood Wagyu beef cooked over Red Quebracho wood w/ a little hickory. Set a new bar for fine dining at home!
