Return and Refund Policy

To initiate a return, please contact us first at 786-376-7000 or info@tagwoodbbq.com.

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must not have been used.

  • The product must be in excellent condition, with no scratches, dents, broken parts, or missing parts.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

    • If purchased disassembled, it must be returned in its original box.

    • If purchased assembled, it must be returned in a wooden crate.

  • Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to verify that all return conditions have been met.

Return Costs and Refund Method

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, minus:

  • the original shipping cost,

  • the return shipping cost,

  • a 10% restocking fee, and

  • a 5% processing fee.

Order Cancellations Before Shipping

To request a cancellation before the order ships, please contact us first at 786-376-7000 or info@tagwoodbbq.com.

A 5% cancellation fee applies because it is charged by the payment processor. If shipping has already been confirmed with the freight company, the shipping fee will also be deducted.

Damages During Shipping

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged in transit, please follow this procedure:

  1. Take a picture of the damaged part.

  2. Email the picture to info@tagwoodbbq.com.

  3. Please include a phone number where we can contact you.

  4. We will contact you within 48 hours to provide a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Accessories are non-refundable and non-returnable. Because they are made exclusively for Tagwood BBQ products, they may be damaged during return transit.
