Great fit, sturdy and gives a lot more space
It feels sturdy once tightened. Great fit. The grates match those on the Santa Maria, which makes it nice to switch in/out as needed.
I really like how it also offers a lot more options for hanging meat hooks.

Warming Rack
Awesome add on feature to the grill. The warming rack is just high enough that it can be used to reverse sear meat. I cooked 3 pound rib eye steaks by resting them on the rack while they slowly came up to temp. a hard sear and you've got the perfect steak.

Warming Grill for BBQ03SS
I ordered the warming grill for additional space and was not disappointed! The warming grill uses the same three grill sections as the main cooking area and provides an excellent area to rotate food during a large cook. The quality of everything from Tagwood is second to none.
