AN ARGENTINE ASADO EXPERIENCE WITH MATIAS CASOTTO — 1415 ASADO

We’re opening the doors of TAGWOOD BBQ Headquarters for a proper Argentine asado.

On October 9th, Matias Casotto of 1415 Asado takes over the fires for an evening built around the way we cook and eat back home in Argentina.

This isn’t a sit-down dinner and it isn’t your usual BBQ. The fire will be going, the grills will be loaded, and food will keep coming throughout the evening — different cuts, different techniques and different bites, all cooked live over fire.

Matias will take you through the asado as it happens: managing the fire, cooking over embers, working with the parrilla and sharing the traditions and techniques behind Argentine live-fire cooking.

The idea is simple: stand around the fire, grab a drink, eat as the food comes off the grill and experience a real Argentine asado.
