1 - Cut the steak with about 3 fingers measurement
for each slice.
2 - Add inter-fine salt on both sides.
3 - Place the secondary grate on your grill, and make
sure you have high fire going on.
4 - Place the steak on the secondary grate. Sear the
steak for about 5 minutes each side.
5 - Remove it from the fire and let it rest for about 10
minutes on the grill.
6 - Cut it and serve with chimichurri or criolla sauce.
