three parts parsley
one part garlic
three parts oregano
one part red bell pepper powder
three parts olive oil
one part wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
1 - Take the skirt steak and add medium-fine salt
and spices on both sides.
2 - Get your grill ready with a high fire that you
can stand by hovering your hand on top for about
7 seconds.
3 - Take the skirt steak on the grill and cook for
about 7 minutes each side.
4 - For the chimichurri: mix all the ingredients in
a bowl and stir.
5 - Once the steak is ready, take it out from the
grill and cut it counter-side of the fiber.
6 - Pour some chimichurri sauce on top, and
enjoy!
