The BBQ03SI is part of our Chief Series and one of our most requested grills. Featuring a unique all-black finish, this model delivers full Santa Maria functionality with a heavy-duty frame made of 1/8” cold-rolled steel, painted with heat-resistant coating. All food-contact elements (grates, griddle, meat hooks) are crafted in 304 stainless steel, ensuring premium grilling performance. Comes with a firebox brasero, foldable side table, front door, and four grilling zones: main grate, secondary grate, griddle, and meat hooks.
Note: Cold-rolled steel grills may show signs of rust over time; light sanding and high-temp protective paint are recommended for upkeep.

Best choice I ever made
I've been grilling food using various methods for decades. Often a struggle. So many overcooked meals. Many disappointments. Maybe the occasional okay result. Then I finally got my Tagwood and it was as if a veil had been lifted for me. Suddenly I have all this control. Too hot, up she goes. Too cool, down she comes. More fire, less coals. Easy clean up. This thing sets you free to be able to do what you always knew how to do but couldn't. Look, it's an investment, but the joy on your wife's face, and the other guys' faces, and the kids eating even smoked veggies is priceless. Do it. No regrets!

I love my Tagwood
I love my new Tagwood. Its is beautifully built and functions flawlessly. It is easy to start make coles in the fire box and move them into position with the shovel it comes with. Its also very easy to clean. The grill moves up and down easily and the food tastes amazing on it. If you are looking for a Santa Maria Grill look no further!

If you can't stand the heat....
...You know the rest!
Great quality, great looking, heavy duty cooking.
We built ours into an all wood burning island to complete our outdoor entertainment retreat from the city. Yes, you can cook outdoors year round in Las Vegas!
We love the results we've been getting on our TAGWOOD grill, best purchase we've made in a while. The team was responsive and got us what we needed in a timely fashion.

BEST BBQ
We needed to replace our old BBQ because we were getting ready to cater a wedding. I did a google search and came upon this company. I called early one morning and spoke with Eruardo and he could not have been any more helpful!!
