Grilled Iberian Pork

INGREDIENTS

  • Iberian pork ribs
  • Salt

PREPARATION

  1. Season the pork with salt on both sides before taking to the grill.
  2. Cook it on the main grill, bone side first, on low heat for about 1 hour. Tip: to check if temperature is OK, you must be able to hover your hand on the grill for about 8-9 seconds.
  3. Flip the pork and cook on the skin side for about 1 more hour.
  4. Cut the ribs following the bone direction.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
