Half a rib rack
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
Inter-fine grilling salt
For other side dish
Vegetables to taste
PREPARATION
1 - Set the grill on low heat. You can make sure
low heat is OK by hovering your hand over the
grill and being able to keep it for 8-9 seconds.
2 - Add inter-fine salt on both sides of the rib
rack.
3 - Place the rib rack on the bone side over the
grill. Cook for 3 hours on low heat.
4 - Turn the rib rack over and cook on the meat
side for 30-40 minutes on low heat.
5 - For the stuffed bell peppers: cut the bell
peppers in half, leaving the peduncle and takin
out the seeds. Cook them on low heat until
tender, always placing the hollow side down.
6 - When tender, turn the bell peppers over and
add an egg inside each. Cook on low heat until
the egg is done. Be careful not to overcook the
yolk.
7 - Serve with veggies of your choice and enjoy!
