1 - Season the pork with salt on both sides
before taking to the grill.
2 - Cook it on the main grill, bone side first, on
low heat for about 1 hour. Tip: to check if
temperature is OK, you must be able to hover
your hand on the grill for about 8-9 seconds.
3 - Flip the pork and cook on the skin side for
about 1 more hour.
4 - Cut the ribs following the bone direction.
5 - Serve and enjoy!
